Join Edna and Sharon for this informative and hands-on 2 hours workshop!
In this workshop we will share important knowledge for preventing bone loss and improving bone strength!
We will explain and teach how to exercise correctly and how to look at nutrition in a fresh, inspiring way!

Edna Levy, founder of the Bodylight method had researched and developed a program  to improve bone density, increase balance, prevent falls and will share and guide the mindful movement patterns- through Pilates, yoga, dance, Qigong, weight-bearing exercises and guided visualisation.

Sharon Almog is certified by the Dr T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and a Bodylight instructor.
Sharon will discuss the benefits of whole plant-based nutrition specifically for Osteoporosis and what is best to include in our nutrition to gain the best support for our bone health.
