Bodylight Equipment Group Classes
These are small group classes using the Pilates equipment and props, including: Reformers, Trapeze tables, Wunda chairs and more.
Bodylight Private Sessions and Semi Private (Duet)
A private Bodylight session with a full focus on your needs, using equipment (Reformer, Trapeze, Wunda chair, Props etc)
Duet: Two people with one instructor
Bodylight Mat and Yoga classes
Bodylight Mat class is a weave of Pilates, Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness. Using small props on the mat (foam rollers, magic circle, small weights etc.
Bodylight YOGA class is a Yoga only class - suits all levels, beginners are welcome.
Early Morning classes (Equipment)
Bodylight Sunrise is a 45 minutes class - 6:45am - 7:00am using Pilates equipment and props.
A wonderful way to start any day!
Qi Gong Classes
Qi gong is Excellent for energy management and balance
Bodylight Manual Therapy Treatment
A combination of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Fascia release, Deep tissue, Assisted stretches, Reiki and Thai Yoga massage. Fully clothed.
