Pilates/Yoga class in One Tree Hill, Greenlane
Join us for term 2, for Pilates/Yoga/Mindfulness class
Starts Wednesday 30 April
Experience the benefit of postural, breathing, and movement awareness through Bodylight® - a unique weave of Pilates, Yoga and Qi-Gong.
In this one-hour session, you will stretch, tone and strengthen the body while calming the mind, and enhance flow, grace and ease of movement.
The class starts with a slow warmup, mindful breathing, and gentle movement, followed by a mix of core strength and stretch exercises, and finishes with a short mindful relaxation/meditation.
Warm and friendly environment.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.
Beginners are welcome.
