In this workshop, you'll learn about what makes our brain healthier, sharper, more alert, yet relaxed!
We will teach brain exercises and talk about memory-making and recommended nutritional/feeding choices for brain health.
Edna had recently attended an informative and inspiring panel of discussion titled "Brain talk" which was organised by the NZ Neurological Foundation.
In this workshop, Edna will impart with valuable insights and practical advice from the talk and incorporate knowledge and practices from the wisdom of Yoga, Qigong, Pilates and Mindfulness.
