Offering the gift of serenity - Mindful movement & Sound bath

Through movement meditations, Quiet Qigong, nature inspired imagery, and gentle yoga practices, we find a sense of calm, deep rest, peacefulness and acceptance. 

Edna will lead the mindful movement and meditation.
Danica, a sound bath facilitator, will guide us into a pure space of harmonious being. 

You'll be bathing in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, which will resonate with your whole body and mind, promoting inner peace and balance. 

Followed by warm homemade chai.
