In this special first for the year bodylight calm session, you will be guided into a state of calm through Qigong, Yoga, and Bodylight Mindfulness flow.
Calm, centred, relaxed state of mind and body are easily reached when practiced with a quiet and focused manner.
Restorative Qigong and Yoga sequences and the unique bodylight approach will aid you achieve this during the session as well as equip you with tools to be used whenever needed.
Warm chai will be served at the session
