An evening of restorative Yoga, relaxation, guided meditation and Chai
Join us for a Restorative, Flowing, Relaxing evening class, with emphasis on calming the mind and body.
This session will help you de-stress on all levels and promote better sleep through breathing, asanas, and attentive mental focus.
Followed by a cup of warm chai.
